Hello there! Welcome to Wild Ginger Photography. I'm Molly Valdes, a passionate equine and canine photographer, and videographer based in the picturesque city of Jacksonville, FL. As a Sony shooter, I have chosen this brand to bring life to my creative vision through both photography and videography.
Beyond my love for equines, I am also deeply interested in dogs. In fact, I share my home with a delightful pack of eight canine companions who bring endless joy and laughter to my life. Additionally, we are proud cat parents to five adorable felines, making our home a haven for all animals.
As a German Shepherd breeder, my family and I take pride in raising these intelligent and loyal canines with love and care. It's a truly rewarding experience to witness the growth and development of these remarkable dogs, and I am grateful for the opportunity to contribute to their breed's heritage.
In 2018, I was married to my wonderful, supportive husband, who has been a pillar of strength in my photography and videography journey. Together, we cherish every precious moment we spend with our 3-year-old son, who constantly reminds us of the magic and wonder of the world.
Teaching horseback riding lessons twice a week keeps my connection with horses alive and thriving. Sharing my knowledge and passion for horses with others is a fulfilling experience, and I am delighted to be a part of their equestrian journeys.
While I adore all breeds, Gypsy Vanners hold a special place in my heart. Their stunning appearance and gentle nature never fail to mesmerize me, and photographing and capturing them on video is an absolute delight.

Traveling all over the US for portraits and horse shows, I have had the privilege of capturing the beauty of diverse landscapes and the unique connections shared by people and their animals. Additionally, I am a major foodie, and I relish the opportunity to explore various cuisines during my travels. Trying new dishes and savoring flavors from around the world is an adventure I deeply enjoy.
In addition to my love for animals, I am enchanted by the world of fantasy and cosplay. Capturing the magic of these imaginative realms through photography is a creative outlet that fills my heart with joy. As a self-proclaimed Disney nerd, I adore all things Disney. The enchantment and wonder of Disney films and characters have a special place in my life, and I'm always eager to bring a touch of that Disney magic into my photography. I love combining my joy of cosplay and fantasy to extend to horses.
Photography is not just a passion but a means to give back to the community. I find immense fulfillment in offering my services to dog rescues and rescue organizations. Capturing the beauty and stories of rescue animals helps raise awareness and find them loving forever homes.
To further develop my skills and stay connected with the photography and videography community, I am an active member of the Florida Professional Photographers Association and the Professional Photographers Association.
At 30 years old, my passion for photography and videography burns as brightly as ever. The name "Wild Ginger Photography" reflects my spirit – a little crazy and vibrant with red hair – just like the moments I capture with my Sony camera.
